Billy brings an extensive 22-year tenure in the industry, commencing his career in 2002 with a solid foundation in aviation as an Aviation Machinist’s Mate, subsequently mastering roles as a Sheet Metal Mechanic and Roofer. His career journey has been marked by progressive leadership, including stints as Project Foreman, Repair Division Manager, and now Vice President of the Repair Department. Billy’s professional resume extends across multiple planes of Construction Management, Safety Compliance, proficient management of IDIQ-style contracts, Operational Oversight, Estimating, Sales strategies, and Contract Negotiations.
