Charlie has been in the Commercial Glazing industry for 40+ years. As the Quality Control Manager, he is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of all glazing products, installations, and processes. Charlie uses his background and knowledge to conduct inspections, identify defects/inconsistencies, and ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. He collaborates closely with the project managers, production team, installers, and suppliers to maintain high-quality workmanship, minimize rework, and drive continuous improvement.
