As the Roofing Repair Project Manager Assistant/Contract Administrator, Kaiden plays a vital support role in managing and coordinating our roofing repair projects. She is responsible for assisting the Division VP with daily operations, including tracking project progress, setup and closeout of projects, and ensuring timely communication with clients. Additionally, she is involved in preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, proposals, change orders, and other project documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. She possesses a strong understanding of roofing repair processes, administrative best practices, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
