Supply labor, material, equipment, transportation, insurance, supervision and all things necessary to furnish and install all THERMOPLASTIC POLYOLEFIN (TPO) AND METAL ROOFING WORK for the WATERSIDE LIVE CORE & SHELL, in Norfolk, Virginia. It included Removal of existing Ballasted Roof System with EPDM and installed new tapered TPO roof system. Removal of existing roof panels and reinstalled new panels to match. Installed a modified metal roof on the southside of the building to accommodate signage for water vessel patrons.
