President
Todd has a solid background of over 20 years in Construction Management, specifically in Commercial Roofing with an established track record of achieving success in multiple facets of the Commercial Roofing Industry.
Bryon Dadles
Senior VP/VP of Roofing
Upon his Honorable Retirement from the US Navy, Bryon join the construction arena with a major area Commercial Roofing Company as an Estimator, working his way up to Vice President. He then joined Ryan and Todd to help TST Roofing & Glazing become the major Commercial Roof and Glass Company it is today.
Nathan Wallace
Corporate Safety Director
Nathan has over 20 years of experience in Construction Program Management in both corporate and client/consultant roles. He specializes in conducting, implementing, and managing Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Programs, demonstrating his expertise and commitment to safety.
Mike Clark
VP of Exteriors
Mike has over 30 years of experience in the roofing industry. He is a strategic leader and effective problem-solver with a firm grasp of roofing/siding needs and exceptional ability to optimize procedures, improve policies and maximize productivity.
Billy Sisley
VP of Repair
Billy has 22 years in the Roofing Industry with experience with IDIQ-Style Contracts and Task Order Management. His experience has gained him the knowledge of different roofing systems and manufacturers. Because he specializes in repairs, he is always expanding his knowledge in the latest roofing products.
Dan Hugeback
VP of Glass
Dan began his career in the glazing industry in the warehouse, moving up to certified glazing mechanic, then to glazing company business owner. He has completed numerous successful glazing projects and was instrumental in developing the State Certified Apprenticeship Program for glazing mechanics with the ABC.
Nathan Dadles
Senior Pre-Construction Manager-Roofing
Nathan has over to 10 years in the construction industry, with 6 of those years working at TST Roofing & Glazing. He started working in the Roofing Division, showing great promise, he was brought into the office and has grown into an amazing roofing estimator.
Maria Sanchez
Preconstruction Manager-Roofing
With over 20 years in the industry, Maria is a seasoned professional in residential and commercial construction product knowledge, steep slope installation, safety coordination, sales and customer service, and operations and supply chain management. Throughout her career, Maria has held various titles, including ABM, Safety Coordinator, Lead ISR, Estimator, Installer, and Laborer. Maria's extensive experience and diverse skill set make her a valuable asset in the company.
Christy Cooke
Administrative and Preconstruction Coordinator-Glass
Christy has been working in the glazing industry for almost 30 years. She knows it inside and out. She has the special ability to make sure submittals and shop drawings are always handled efficiently, correctly, and with a near perfect approval rating!
Cody Turner
Senior Project Manager-Roofing
Cody has been with the company since its inception. He began working in the field as a Superintendent, quickly proving that his knowledge and exceptional skills in scheduling, coordination, quality control, and supervision were instrumental to both project and overall company success.

Ty started with the company in 2018, managing roofing projects in the field. His ability to bring in jobs ahead of schedule and handle most of the PM responsibilities in the field earned him a spot as a full-time Project Manager. He proven over and over he can safely and successfully complete projects.

Logan, a seasoned professional with 3.5 years in the roofing industry, has progressed from a driver to Project Manager, specializing in submittals, project management, and SBS Roof Systems installation. With a solid background in roofing and a commitment to ongoing learning, Logan brings a well-rounded approach to every project.

Alphonso "Coop" Cooper joined the TSTRG team in 2023. As a Project Manager, he is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of glazing projects from award to completion. Coop works hard to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Shane began his journey with us in the field, quickly demonstrating his skills and leadership qualities. His performance as a foreman earned him a promotion to oversee all field quality control. Currently, Shane serves as a full-time Project Manager, where his dedication and passion for every project shine through.

Charlie has been in the Commercial Glazing industry for 40+ years. As the Quality Control Manager, he is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of all glazing products, installations, and processes.

As the Roofing Project Manager Assistant/Contract Administrator, Brianna supports the project managers in the coordination and administration of our roofing projects, ensuring smooth project execution from award through closeout.
Kaiden Scanlon
PMA/Contract Administrator-Repair
As the Roofing Repair Project Manager Assistant/Contract Administrator, Kaiden plays a vital support role in managing and coordinating our roofing repair projects. She is responsible for assisting the Division VP with daily operations, including tracking project progress, setup and closeout of projects, and ensuring timely communication with clients.

Kaiden joined the TDSC team in 2018 when he made it very clear that he would not stand for being left home alone... EVER. He is one of our best employees with an impeccable attendance record. He is insistent on being involved in all top company business with his presence in all very important corporate meetings, albeit from under the conference table.
