Furnished and installed a mechanically fastened 60 mil White Carlisle TPO roof system over 2 layers of 2.6” rigid insulation to achieve a minimum R-30 and all associated flashings and accessories as specified by roofing manufacturer. Provided a tapered insulation to create crickets as indicated. Provided and installed 040 Kynar coated aluminum premanufactured copings including 20 gauge “clips” and welded miters. Provided and installed one roof hatch including safety railing and two 4’x4’ equipment hatches.
