Removed the deteriorated roof system from the Senior Center and the Administrative buildings and replaced with a new EPDM roofing system. Removed Soffit system from both buildings that were covered with Lead Paint and disposed of properly. Installed new vented metal soffit system, fascia and freeze board metal covering.
