Project was to remove the existing Slate roof and retain for reinstallation after the underlayment was replaced. It also included the installation of all new copper flashings, gutters, downspouts, valleys, water tables and conductor heads. Also, all of the wood cornice was to be stripped of the old paint, refurbished and repainted.
