Furnish and Install 25 PSI R-30 Polyiso Roofing Insulation, ½” tapered insulation where indicated and 5/8” coverboard as specified. Furnish and install a 2” high mechanical locked seam, 18” wide roof panel in 22GA steel as specified. Furnish and install .090 White EPDM roof (no Fleece Backing). All sheet metal and flashing for the standing seam metal panel roof area are to match the metal type of the roofing panels and is to be of the same Manufacturer’s Standard color. Install all trim metal for the EPDM Roof areas as specified.
