NOTE: LICENSURE & INSURANCE ON TST ROOFING & GLAZING PROJECTS:
All subcontractors that work on TST Roofing & Glazing projects shall obtain and keep in force during its performance of the Subcontract Work, the professional and trade licenses required for performing the Subcontract Work required by the State; to include the appropriate Class A, B, C, and/or specialty contractor’s license.
Prior to the start of Subcontractor/Vendor’s Work on any project, Subcontractor/Vendor shall procure and maintain in force for the duration of the work, Worker’s Compensation Insurance, Employer’s Liability Insurance, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, Automobile Liability Insurance, Excess Liability Insurance and all insurance required of TST Roofing & Glazing under the Prime Contract Documents.
