existing roof thickness is 3 1/2” on high roof and 1 1/2” on the lower roofs. Remove and dispose this material according to all state and federal laws. Approx. Area of high roof, 11,750 sf. Roof structure slopes 3/8” per foot typical. Elevation is 30’-0” Approx. Area of low roof on northeast side, 1,920 sf. Roof structure was built flat and will require a tapered system in this area with a slope of 1/4” per foot. Elevation is 15’-0” Approx. Area of low roof on south side, 840 sf. Roof structure slopes 3/8” per foot typical. Provide gutters and down spouts this area. Elevation is 15’-0”.
