Roof Section A, furnished and installed a 24 gauge, 16” wide Fabral Stand ‘N Seam Roof Panel System and all associated flashings and accessories that were required to provide the specified warranty. The system was installed over new polyisocyanurate insulation having a R-25 value and a new engineered Roof Hugger System. Roof Section B, removed existing roof panels down to plywood sheathing and replaced up to 20% of existing plywood sheathing. Furnished and installed a 24 gauge, 16” wide Fabral Stand ‘N Seam Roof Panel System and all associated flashings and accessories as required to provide the specified warranty. The system was installed over new polyisocyanurate insulation having a R-25 value. Furnished and installed 24 gauge, shop fabricated gutters, downspouts and counter flashings having a standard Kynar Finish.
