This project consisted of the installation of a fully-adhered 60 mil TPO roof system over R-30 polyisocyanurate insulation was installed above a newly constructed metal roof deck. All roof-mounted HVAC and Mechanical equipment was flashed into the TPO roof system in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and details. Installation of pre-manufactured 050 metal coping, a roof hatch and guard railing were provided. In addition, a Steel Standing Seam Roofing Panel system installed over mechanically attached R-30 polyisocyanurate insulation to a newly constructed building. The standing seam roof panels were comprised of 24-gauge steel and mechanically locked. All associated sheet metal flashings, and assemblies were installed as required to provide specified warranty.
