Removed the deteriorated roof system from the Senior Center and the Administrative

buildings and replaced with a new EPDM roofing system. Removed soffit system from

both buildings that were covered with lead paint and disposed of properly. Installed a

new metal soffit system, fascia, and freeze board metal covering.
