TST completed the three-phase roof replacement project at Bayside Elementary School. This project included the removal and replacement of the existing asphalt shingle roof with new GAF Timberline HDZ shingles. This was the second in our series of Loadmaster replacement schools which included the inspection of the existing Loadmaster mineral board deck and replacement as needed. The inspection of the Loadmaster also showed areas of deteriorated steel decking which needed to be replaced. Throughout Phases 1 and 2 we also replaced the ceiling tiles in the corresponding classrooms. Phase 3 consisted of returning to the school for a 3rd summer to install permanent fall protection devices.
