The scope of this project included the installation of a Steel Standing Seam Roofing Panel system over a mechanically attached R-35 polyisocyanurate insulation above a newly constructed metal decking. The standing seam roof panels were comprised of 22-gauge steel and mechanically locked. All associated sheet metal flashings, and assemblies were installed as required to provide specified warranty. In addition, a fully-adhered 60 mil TPO roof system over R-35 polyisocyanurate insulation was installed above a newly constructed metal roof deck. All roof-mounted HVAC and Mechanical equipment was flashed into the TPO roof system in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and details. A roof hatch and safety railing were also provided and installed.
