Ryan brings to the table over 10 years of Management and Leadership experience, beginning with his time as an Officer in the United States Air Force.

Todd has a solid background of over 20 years in Construction Management, specifically in Commercial Roofing with an established track record of achieving success in multiple facets of the Commercial Roofing Industry.

Upon his Honorable Retirement from the US Navy, Bryon join the construction arena with a major area Commercial Roofing Company as an Estimator, working his way up to Vice President. He then joined Ryan and Todd to help TST Roofing & Glazing become the major Commercial Roof and Glass Company it is today.

Misty has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in Construction Management, CPM Scheduling, and Construction Contract Administration and holding positions of Project Scheduler, Project Manager, SATOC Manager, and Chief Operating Officer.

Ric Richardson brings over 19 years of corporate safety leadership and more than 30 years of experience in accident, incident, and injury investigation to TST Roofing & Glazing. His expertise includes corporate safety policy development, training program design, regulatory compliance, and mentoring the next generation of safety professionals.

Dan began his career in the glazing industry in the warehouse, moving up to certified glazing mechanic, then to glazing company business owner. He has completed numerous successful glazing projects and was instrumental in developing the State Certified Apprenticeship Program for glazing mechanics with the ABC.

Mike has over 30 years of experience in the roofing industry. He is a strategic leader and effective problem-solver with a firm grasp of roofing/siding needs and exceptional ability to optimize procedures, improve policies and maximize productivity.

With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Todd brings a rare combination of technical expertise, operational leadership, and problem-solving creativity to every project. His career spans decades of building envelope consulting, leak mitigation, and specialty construction management throughout Virginia and beyond.

Kaiden joined the TDSC team in 2018 when he made it very clear that he would not stand for being left home alone... EVER. He is one of our best employees with an impeccable attendance record. He is insistent on being involved in all top company business with his presence in all very important corporate meetings, albeit from under the conference table.
