| TSTG is the Division 8 contractor and was responsible for coordinating with adjacent trades to ensure proper opening preparation, substrate conditions, water proofing interfaces, and hardware compatibility prior to installation. The scope further includes field measurements before fabrication where required, protection of installed materials, adjustment of doors and hardware, cleaning of glazing and aluminum surfaces, punch list completion, closeout documentation, warranties, and final inspections. All installed assemblies are installed plumb, level, square, properly anchored, fully glazed, weather-tight, and adjusted for smooth operation, ensuring a complete turnkey installation that satisfies the project design intent and provides a durable, secure, and aesthetically finished opening system.
Club House Building consists of exterior thermally improved aluminum storefront manufactured by YKK AP, Series YES45TU C/G O/G with a clear anodized finish with Series 350D Medium Stile Aluminum storefront doors all glazed with 1” clear tempered insulated glass with SB60 Low e #2 surface. The interior consists of Series YES45FS Non-Thermal C/G O/G storefront glazed with ¼” clear tempered glass, 2 sets of Wall Mounted Sliding Glass doors with 2 fixed sidelites each manufactured by CR Laurence, Laguna Series in a Matte Black finish glazed with ½” clear tempered glass with polished edges and ¼” clear mirrors for the restrooms. Fitness Center Building consists of exterior thermally improved aluminum storefront manufactured by YKK AP, Series YES45TU C/G O/G with a clear anodized finish with Series 350D Medium Stile Aluminum storefront doors all glazed with 1” clear tempered insulated glass with SB60 Low E #2 surface, Medium Stile Aluminum 8 Panel Bi-Parting and Sliding Doors Glazed with 1” clear tempered insulated glass with SB60 Low E #2 surface and ¼” mirrors and accessories for the restrooms and workout room walls. |
