TSTG has completed the HVAMC project, which encompasses five buildings featuring diverse systems and finish colors. Cameron Lacoanet and Arnulfo Tzib were assigned to different phases of this project, and both excelled in their roles, successfully guiding the project to its conclusion. The project includes buildings 137A, 146, 114, 110, and 110A, with building 146 serving as the starting point, showcasing 110 storefront elevations utilizing YKK’s YHS 50 TU Storefront system. This system features a 2 ½” face dimension and a 5” depth designed to accommodate a 1 5/16” infill insulated glass. Building 110 comprises eleven storefront frames, eleven curved curtain walls, and 553 missile impact Peerless windows equipped with built-in blinds. Building 110A required an impact aluminum curtain wall, specifically YKK’s YHC 300 OG, which has a 3” face and a 5 11/16” depth for the same infill. Building 114 was relatively minor, needing only a few new pieces of hardware and glass. Finally, the last phase, building 137A, is just days away from completion, featuring all storefronts finished in white using YKK’s YHS 50 TU system.
